The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild é considerado o melhor game da E3 2016 pelo Game Critics Awards

A divulgação dos vencedores do Game Critics Awards 2016, que elege os melhores games apresentados na E3, trouxe a confirmação de que The Legend of Zelda foi o grande destaque da feira. A nova aventura protagonizada por Link que será lançada em 2017 para Wii U e "NX", venceu nas três categorias em que foi nomeada, incluindo a premiação de maior destaque, "Melhor do Show", e também as de "Melhor Game de Console" e "Melhor Game de Ação/Aventura".
